Who we are

Cuzco Constructions was founded by two brothers,
Greg and Dom McKeon, who grew up on Cuzco Street
in South Coogee. As young carpenters, the pair worked
hard to establish a successful construction business
together. Twenty years later, Cuzco is one of the leading
construction companies in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

BREAM ST, COOGEE 

^{This was a build of two semi-detached houses harnessing
the relaxed coastal feel of a Hamptons beachside cottage.
Architecturally designed to enhance the flow of air and light,
both houses feature ample timber detailing including oak timber
floors throughout and V-groove panelled ceilings.
Standout features include shaker style kitchen joinery,
a small plug pool with sandstone paving surrounds,
and front façade walls of sandstone cladding and timber finishes.
Every inch of space was maximised including a large
2.5 car garage in each.}

OBERON ST, RANDWICK

^{Epitomising visual harmony, this architecturally designed rear
extension brought to life our client’s love of raw materials.
Keeping the front façade as is, as you move around to the rear
a stunning living environment opens up beginning
with a show-stopping external curved roof feature.
The floor to ceiling aluminum glass doors open fully to maximise
family living space. Clean lines are amplified with the new
polished concrete floors and raw Hardwood timber external cladding.
Small external gardens between the existing and new extension
thoughtfully merge the two spaces.}

DANGAR ST, RANDWICK

^{This modern renovation transformed a family home into a stunning
indoor/outdoor paradise. Every inch of texture was selected with
cohesion, from the beautiful mosaic tiled bathrooms to the natural
timber sliding doors that merge the inside and out, 
the New Guinea hardwood decking surrounding the saltwater
pool and a real conversation starter – the oversized cladded cedar
feature wall in the backyard, capitalising on the choice
of natural textures throughout.}
